n the amendment i
n the Gas Sale Purchase Agreement (GSPA) of the Pakistan-Iran gas pipeline pro
ject.
As per the official sources i
n the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources, “Pakistan
has requ
ested Iran for amendment i
n the GSPA and Iran has agreed to negotiate.”
The official further said that the funds will be allocated for the project i
n the due course of time and the timeline for completion of the project will be decided mutu
ally in the forthcoming meetings between Pakistan and Iran.
