LAHORE: Families crammed at the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre to participate in the hospital’s second annual family festival ‘Fitness Fiesta’ on Tuesday.

n and table tennis matches were also played to highlight importance of sports for a healthy way of life. Free health and fitness consultations were also offered to visitors, allowing them to check their body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, sugar level and nutritional consultations. n and enjoyed the few steps towards a healthy lifestyle.
People took keen inte
rest in locally grown fresh produce, dairy products; fitness corner with activities including boot camp, pro-fit, and yoga sessions for people of all age groups.
